Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective hat, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you.
If the exact product is no longer in stock and cannot be replaced, we will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days with further instructions, which may include an alternative replacement option or a full refund.
